I have created two pop accounts in cpanel, however there are now 2 extra entries for each pop account.

so it looks like this

pop1--- delete----readmail-----changedpassword
pop1----------------readmail----------------------------
pop1----------------readmail----------------------------

pop2--- delete----readmail-----changedpassword
pop2----------------readmail----------------------------
pop2----------------readmail----------------------------

the extra entries do not have all the options that original had, anyone know how i can remove these duplicated entries.

Could they be to do with Neomail? i had proviously set up this accounts but deleted them.

Probably 2 subdomain entries in there causing it.

If there are do i delete them? if so will this delete the subdomains?

In my experience, do not delete them. It`s true that the sub-email addresses will be automatically deleted if you delete the subdomains. But the server configuration isn`t following and you may experience that your e-mail client will ask for the old sub-email addresses even though you don`t ask for them (when checking mail). Then you would have to create them again, or do some manual configurations (that I don`t know how to do, atleast).
