Whats your average serverload for a raq4i? When is the serverload getting too high? at 1.00??

I had mine running at 3.3 at one time and it said it was a medium load.

6.0 is a High serverload (Thats how Cobalt see's it anyway)

LOL. When my server hits 2.0 it starts to go slow slow slow so bad that I have to restart. My serverloads are pretty low all the time..

Load Averages : 0.20 0.18 0.18

How much ram in that box? It depends on what you are running as well. The 4r has 384MB and did OK with a 7.5+ load (with some things), but the script that was causing the load wasn't doing well.
