Hi,
This might of been mentioned many times before in this forum (i dont know) but couldn't find my answer so....
I was browsing the internet earlier and went to a big name website.. i decided to go to its .co.uk version to see if there was a local one for me to use however i noticed they didn't have one
IF i was to buy the .co.uk of this company can they sue me or take any actions against me?
What i was planning to do is buy it and say 'this domain is for sale'... This company im hijacking (if you will) is a well known trademark and very established throughout the world so i dont really wanna get my ass whooped in court by some bigshots..
Thanks,
jstyla
