This is my first time here... so if this is in the wrong forum... I'm sorry.

I'm looking for a host that meets this specifications:

I can pay up to $10.00 a month.

I need:

At least 200 MB, if not more.

At least 9 GB transfer, if not more.

At least 20 MySQL DBs, if not unlimited.

I would also like it to have the standard features you'd find with most hosts, php, etc.

Also, they must allow me to forward domains to my site.

If anyone knows of anyone like this... please respond, thanks. :)

I doubt you'll be able to find any host that will offer what you need. Or even anything close to what you need.

20 MySQL DBs is a lot. Most hosts give you 1-2 but, of course, allow each DB to have unlimited tables.

200MB is maybe a bit too high to be asking.

9GB transfer is something you'll have to pay much more for. Transfer is much more expensive than ~$1/gb--last time I heard, it was around $3/gb.

Expect to pay at least $20/mth for this service--even more if you want reliable servers and quick support.

Well... HostRocket give you more then this for 9.95. But they don't allow you to forward domains to your server... so I figure there should be other people out their comparable.

Why not look over in the advert/offers forum?
Quite a few hosts have posted their special offers as well as people posting what they need?

places must offer this based on the hope that people will not use their full bandwidth allocation, or go over it allowing them to charge more.

I know I could do anything else on that list because i have plenty of disk/memory/line speed

but the bandwidth costs me over $1 per GB, which is cheap but wouldnt allow me to charge that much. is this the same for others?

I think others must be in the same boat as I would be on this one if i were to offer a service like this.

Well, thanks.

If anyone else has any ideas, please post.

I'll be checking out the specials forum... and probably making a post over there too.

Thanks again.
