Hi all,

I'm new here and have found your host recommendations to be very helpful. I was impressed with what I have read of WizardsHosting. However, I sent them an email with a list of questions last night and have heard nothing back. Does anyone know if this is typical? How long does it take to get a resonse from them. I sent a similar list of questions to FutureQuest and had a response within 15 minutes.

Depending on your location compared to the host's staff you'll sometimes find you get a reply within 15 minutes and sometimes up to 12-24 hours.

I'm sure if you give it a little bit of time you'll get a response.

i feel you will get your response in 2-3 hours as thats what time people normally get into work in the USA !

Another issue is that many hosts will deal with support 24/7 but presales enquiries only within office hours.

Thats certainly how we do it.

First, read. I already thanked Carlos for responding. He answered my questions and more. :)

Second, check the date of my first question. When I posted the question, I had already waited 24 hours. I don't expect folks to work after hours and I don't expect them to drop everything to answer me. I just wanted to know how fast their typical response time is. No big deal. I didn't think I was being hostile??? Hope I didn't come across that way.
