I'm obviously a victim of TacidHost ****. I signed up the plan was $20/year + $7 for a domain from him. Total $27. I was an idiot to sign up. I knew TacidHost is suck big ass. So, I decided to cancel the plan. I have requested him (by calling on phone) to give the refund, but I haven't got any money from his ass yet. Is there a way that can claim to my credit card company about it and get the whole refund. So, how?

Try asking for a charge back, email instabill and tell them you didn't got what you paid for or ask your bank to kill your credit card and send you another one.

i requested a refund before the Tacidhost closing down and after. i still haven't gotten a reply from them. i just sent a message to my bank to cancel the transation since it hasn't cleared the bank yet (i JUST signed up on sunday).

To guarantee a refund if you paid by credit card:

1 - Call your CC company and ask for a chargeback for undelivered services. 99.9% of the time they will side with you.

2 - Go to http://www.bbbhou.org and file a complaint.

3 - Call up Tacid and laugh at them on the phone......okay this one's optional but it makes you feel better :D

If you ask Shang for a refund he won't give it to you, or he'll give you a refund for the first year(everyone signed up for a 10 year reoccuring charge contract). You're better off doing the above.

I did get a refund from Shang (after quite a lot of hassles). What I want to know is, will I get charged again next year...? If so I guess I should request a chargeback as well.

i just called the bank and they said they will dispute the transation and investigate and i will get a refund :D

To answer my own question, I e-mailed Instabill and they said that there would be no more charges....

Well, yesterday I got refund from ZstarNetwork. I wonder I didn't get a full refund. I got $1 less from the amounth I paid. Well, I'll email InstaBill (ZstarNetwork) to make sure I won't get any further charge from that freaking host (Shangy). Thank you guys all to tell me!
