I've been absent from this forum for quite a while. Some of you may know me my name is Sam Moats and I work for Cobaltracks.
We have taken a beating on this forum and rightfully so, we were way behind in our bandwith we just grew to fast :-) and :-(.
None the less we were promised 2 new DS3 circuts JAN 10 2001 however do to provisioning issues they didn't arrive until May. We are also turning up our AT&T DS3 soon(a couple of days) and an AT&T OC3 or OC12 is on the way. :-)
I just wanted to invite any of our old customers back for a 1 month free trial of a RAQ3 just to see the diference and apologize for events beyond our control. Also any new/potential customers please check our plans.
I hope the advertising/offers forum is ok for this type of post if not please feel free to zap it.

Also some minor notes that I should post here, the offer is good for 2 days, and is on a case by case basis. That is you had to leave on good standings and because of our bandwith situation.

Why would you expect any of your previous customers to leave on good standings, when they were treated so poorly???

We have a lot of customers who are very pleased with our services. When we were haveing trouble geting bandwith in quick enough some had left and asked us to contact them whenever we could bring our performance up.
If you were not satisfied with our customer service that is a diferent issue. There have been no changes there. Good or bad, and I hear both from our customer base we have the same people/system that we did before and we will of course always do our best.
We have greatly improved our network performance and I just wanted to let anyone who left because of a performance issue to know this. I don't want to mislead anyone into thinking that our support policy has changed.
