I was one of the many who got screwed over by Shang. I am unfortunately a poor college student who can't afford too pricey webspace, which is why I went with tacid. Can anyone recommend a provider who offers at least 100mb of space and 3 Gigs of bandwidth with cgi-bin for under $60 preferably under $40?

I'm sorry that you had to put up with Shang. How long were you a customer of his? And did you read any of the reviews anywhere about him??? REMEMBER: don't forget to ask for a CHARGEBACK on your card to get your money back from Shang.

I was a customer of his for 3 months, and all I saw were the reviews at hostsearch, which I thought were reliable. :( Unfortunately, I did not know about this place then.
