Hmmm...I don't whether to laugh or cry. :)

After months of problems...ignored emails...disappearing support tickets...untold lost sales...etc, etc, etc...and not a single email about those issues whilst they were occuring, it's actually quite offensive to see the "mailing list" used to promote a "design us a new site" competition. I would have laid big money on the notion, around January, that they didn't *have* a mailing list...

Good luck to those who have a go at it, but this is pretty much the last straw for us. These folks are a complete joke.
