I just wanted to share my experiences of acunett.com
I rented a server through acunett and it is colo'd at FDC. The presales support was awesome. I had many newb questions and ronny answered every single one, honestly and quickly. My server was 3 days past the delivery date, and i received multiple emails all 3 days from rnny keeping me up-to-date on what/why it was taking more time. After the server was up, i bothered him some more, constantly, and he has yet to get irritated, and/or not respond immediately. He has performed a few tasks that are beyond the scope of the agreement we entered into. And, at one point, we hadnt talked in 3 days. He emailed me, just to make sure everything was going ok because he hadnt heard from me. These guys are top notch. Especially for someone like me, with very little linux knowledge. I have a tech/friend who is taking care of server now. But he wasnt around in the first few days. And i wanted to play. I messed up a few things, and they were quickly fixed. =/
Also, i notice some ppl give FDC a bad wrap here. I have a reseller through them, and now my dedicated is there. I love the service. Although it was ruff getting an email through to adam a few times, they have added a ticket system which works great. And, if you email petr, he responds right away. adam has busted his but helping me move my resller account and has been very patient also.
I see soo many negative posts on here about various companies, that i felt i had to share my experiences with these 2.
It should be a standard thing practiced here. If you can take the time to knock a bad host. Then you should be able to take the same ammount of time, if not more, to tell about a good host.
