I'm trying to use the RaQ lists function and have some questions.

How do people subscribe? Or do I have to add them myself?

Can I have a list that only the list admin can send messages?

You can add users to your cobalts mailing list from the cobalt GUI (List management tab). Just click on the usernames of any local (On the same server) addresses that you would like to add.
To add a remote email address just put it in the external recipients box, you can add more than one but seperate them with a CRLF
Also if you check the Allow User Subscriptions to List it works like any other majordomo mailing list and the people signup by sending and email to majordomo@yourdomain with the subcribe you_list_name to get on it.
