It has been down since 5AM yesterday (monday) and I'm starting to get impatient. I have tried contacting them all day yesterday and today. While I was asleep last night they left me a message about how it has only been down 3 hours :eek: Anyone know what's going on?

It have been down for more than 24 hours. But Their POP3 and FTP are not down. Only HTTP (Port 80) is down. I contacted Pattox yesterday but he said it's up. Perhaps they must aware that their Port 80 is closed!

Port 80 is closed and has been closed and their is a reason for this, i am very sorry and you are entitled to a full refund for this month due to this, i deeply apologise for the problems we have been having with our burstNET servers in the past.
I will contact all customers on that main server.

Thanks for the reply. Crap happens, I know...I normally wouldn't accept your offer for a refund, but I lost a large customer due to this so I think I'll have to accept it. I know you're busy so just want to thank you, I'm gonna stick with acomweb as up to this point I have been impressed :)

Is is going to up again or not? I'm losing credibility to my customer and I lost my selling also.

Its up now, there are no further problems.

Yah seems to be up at the moment but lets seee for the future
