I feel it's my duty to tell others of my experiences. I've had several accounts with Clicknet Solutions. For a year everything went well. Somewhere in these forums is me praising them.

However everything's been messed up this year. They went thru some major server issues. switched to new server company and things got better but now I've got

instead of my websites (and theirs) for at least five times this month. Worst part is that they have not replied to a support ticket for MONTHS. Except for one "admin", they don't even reply to direct emails to either their support or billing department.

I've had enough and I'm already in the process of moving all my sites. Thought you should know.
