Im looking for dedicated / colocated servers for at least 70 GB of space and 500 GB of transfer per month. whats the cheapest i can get this for? Currently we get it for $5,000 Canadian.

Try 500GB on "unlimited bandwidth" hosting.

Now the problem is how will they you 70GB of disk space.
