The avatars became aviators and flew away.

They were disabled, along with hyperlinks in sigs, because of a dozen or so hosts that refused to comply with the rules and cheated. :P :stickout to them

one of Heckler & Koch's (HK) Submachine gun...

there are a variety of them... very accurate compared to most other submachine guns.. im fond of the HK-MP5/PDW (Personal Defense Weapon)

very neatly developed submachine gun, very sleek and compact- nvrmind, i like any HK-MP5s :D

perfect timing ... just the time when I think I have finally found a good avatar for me ... and ... no more avatars :(

Err... maybe I'm missing something, but how can a submachine gun count as a "personal defense weapon"?

well, PDW is just a name established by Heckler & Koch ;)

so its like... naming a kitten tiger, you know? :)

It's a submachine gun, yet sometimes it's used to replace a sidearm. Very compact compared to a regular fully automatic submachine gun yet it is very accurate like a sidearm (but not as accurate as sidearm but then again, this is compensated by the limited strength of this weapon) although its not as accurate as a pistol since its an automatic and you have to account for the higher amount of recoil.

if you see those movies where they bring in the swat folks, most likely they are holding some kind of an HK MP5 ;)
