Does anyone have servers either leased or colo with SkyNetWeb in Baltimore? We've been experiencing REALLY BAD network issues since the last week of May (about three weeks now). We've been seeing 10-15% packet loss inside the NOC for a few weeks and were wondering if others were experiencing the same?

I haven't seen things get that bad. I haven't noticed any problems within their network, and while I have seen a few outages I have always either traced them back to routers from either level3 or verizon (level3 in particular seems to like routing loops, I really have to wonder what protocol they're using internally).
