I am not looking and just asking.

I am asking about "Semi-dedicated server".
How much would it cost generally?

P.S. I might be looking for one shortly. I *might.

If you can be specific about your requirements people here *might* be able to give you a good answer.

Decent dedicated server start at 99.00 and up, but you havent provided enough info to even guess at a price, how much bandwidth do you need, IP's, hardware requirements, etc

The thing is I can not run a dedicated server. I don't have the knowledge to run a dedicated server. That is why I am asking for a semi-dedicated server.

I would only need One IP and around 15GB and around 500MB webspace.

Semi-dedicated server for only $25? I am not talking about shared hosting.

Question: I know there is a difference, but what is it? How are shared and semi-dedicated different? Thanks

On shared hosting, there are 100 ~ 300 accounts on a server.
On semi-dedicated hosting, there are 2 ~ 10 accounts on a server.

You got the picture.

Klisis,

You might check out our shared server solutions at www.isp-admin.com. If you like the options there I can get you a lot better price than what is posted.

Each of the shared accounts are using zeus webserver it acts like you have your own server (root etc).

Just an idea.

ah? VO? Nope. I am not with VO. I am with JaguarPC.
Like I mentioned in my beginning post, I am not yet looking for a semi-dediacted server but I may be soon as the forum seems to be growing faster than I thought.
Better get a solution ready before trouble happens.

Thanks! So basically a semi-dedicated hosting plan is essential a shared hosting account but with a fraction of the ppl on the server?
