Anyone know where I might be able to find a similar php bulletin board to the one here at webhostingtalk.com? It doesn't have to be php. It could be perl also.

The one we use at WHT is vBulletin (http://www.vbulletin.com).

Have a look at http://www.hotscripts.com for 'Discussion Boards'. You'll find at least one to your liking (out of the hundreds there).

Thanks Guys, That really helps! I like the vbulletin the most, however, it's quite expensive. Do they offer a free license or special or anything?

They have a free version, but a lot of the features are missing. If you want something decent free, check out PHPbb (http://www.phpbb.com).
