Just signed up with Revecom, downloaded the tppsale.doc... you know the 8 page client agreement thing you have to sign and fax...

do you have to fax them ALL of the 8 pages or just the last sheet where you fill in all the info and sign?

also, do i have to mail them anything?

Although I don't have experience with Revecom, almost all companies only require the pages where you sign. All they need is your signiture -- not pages of text that they can easily print out on their own.

You need to initial and send all of the other pages also.

How long does Revecom normally took to reply email request for you guys?

It usually took 2-3 days or even more before they reply my email, i'm quite upset about it..

I ususally get emails back within 24hours. So far I have I have only sent 3 emails though.

if your a customer, they take abt 15hrs.. if your not they take longer.. odd i know.. but thats how they work :)

I have only sent a few, but one has been on a Sunday afternoon and have gotten and answer within 1 hour. The other few have all been within 3-4 hours. Maybe I have just been lucky??

hehe, i think it depends upon what kind of question you ask them and at what time...

i've asked them once... "your fax machines aren't picking up" through the support ticket, and they emailed right back within 15min...

i've asked them about tpp-pro system, and they emailed me back within 24hour period...

hehe, so maybe if you ask them questions that might be easy and not-controversial, then they reply back quickly... if its something that might leave some questions, then they reply back later ;)
