Here is what I need.

* 1U or 2U colo space.
* 5-10 gigs of bandwidth. This will be upgraded as needed.
* Good support. Help desk/ICQ/AIM are all a plus.

I'm looking for a low cost solution at the moment. The only reason I am going with colo is so i can learn. It will be used to host a site that I am currently developing. I would be then happy to display a banner or an advertisment of some kind.
