designs look great, but on wht those prices will never sell, especially for a gaming site:( I like them and all, but might wanna re-consider the plan

well then it will not sell, people really don't understand it takes alot of time and effort to creat templates.

I like the 2nd one, though Im looking for one for a game site (for a game im creating) not a clan site, or otherwords, I would of probably make an offer.

The second one is very nice. I belive you could get 150 from a squad/clan looking for something like that. If it was a phpNuke theme, I'd be more interested.
