Do you have to buy a minimum of 5mbps for those colo costs or is the colo a spereate deal? Is so what are the bandwidth prices and what is the minimum ammount that has to be purchased?

Yes, for these prices we require 5 meg min.
So for example you want 5 megs of BW and a 2U colo it would cost you $2000 a month.

But if you only want 1 Meg I can prolly do

$500 per meg
with a free 1U colo

Ive been out there its very nice, we have over 4000 feet of raised space in there completed with the ability to finish off another 12,000 sq feet, the total facility is 28,000 sq feet, with colo 4 dallas taking over about 1/2 of it.
