Definitely techbargain. They had Dell 1650's for something like $560 last week but the special only lasted a day.

Have fun on pricewatch , you get what you pay for, believe me. (Been there, Seen that, Been ripped off numerous times). If you purchase *anything* from vendors on the first page of a given category, be prepared to fight teeth and nails with 'em, and have a lawyer standing by if you plan to purchase more then a few hundred $$$ of goods in most cases, PriceWatch brings the really bad vendors out of the cracks, kinda like WHT does with $5/mo and under hosts .

How about www.newegg.com (http://www.newegg.com)? They have nice computer hardware at excellent prices.. perfect for putting together a computer of any kind.

porcupine true though. They have had bad ventors all around. I was suggesting because they do have one of the lowest price for system specs.

I am waiting for them to offer a low-cost P4 1U unit. I need more processing power than the $399 Celeron unit.

It's not the lowest price if it arrives broken and they refuse to replace, or if they dont honor their warranty's.... that or it doesen't arrive at all (which you can get a chargeback for, but the first one, good luck, they've got proof of delivery).
