I have been looking for an honest, reliable hosting provider and have narrowed my search down to Cyber World Host (www.cyberworldhost.com).

I'm currently evaluating their offerings (Developer and Enterprise Reseller accounts) at the moment. Although pricing is an important factor, reliable service and support are our priorities.

Just today, I spoke to one of their representatives, Alvin Slocombe with wht username: alfturtle), and he was very helpful and knowledgeable with all of my pre-sales questions.

So far, I've read good reviews about their service and support but I'm wondering if anyone else has anything to say about their experiences with this company.

Any feedback and comments would be appreciated. :)

You have been doing exactly what you should be doing to find a reliable host. Communicating with a representative at a web hosting company will give you a general idea of what kind of people are running the company and what kind of support you will receive later. If you have gotten good reviews from current clients and are keeping in touch with one of their reps, I think it would be a good choice to use their service.
