We use LiveHelper (http://www.LiveHelper.com) on our web site for support as well as visitor tracking. SInce late last evening their servers and web site have been down. ANybody have any inside info. ? Are they going out of business or just having technical trouble ?

Their site is up now so maybe it was just a technical problem.

Anybody have any suggestions for a product like LiveHelper but one that is more reliable ? (NOT Humanclick.)
