I've got a question about your plans & specials.

Say I sign up for this special (or just your regular $19.95 plan) and you change the features in your plan on a permanent basis (say...200 MB/2 GB bandwidth), would my plan change as well, or would I have to wait until my year was up (or re-pay for a new calendar year) to get the benefits of an improved plan?

Here's the scenario.

Say today, I sign up for your "Plan I" on your website (100 MB/1GB/etc).

Then, on August 18, you change your "Plan I" to include 200 MB/2GB/etc).

Do I get the benefit of the new plan, or is my account limited to the original specifications when I established the account?

Yes You Do Get The Benifit of the New Plan. But will have to notify us to upgrade your plan, we will not do it untill you remind us to do so.

If you log into your CP, you will see the alloted disk space is 150 MB and not 100 MB as stated in the email. I'm assuming he has manually changed the quota for those who signed up under the WHT promotion.

In any case, I have saved a copy of what was advertised just in case there is any dispute later. There are several extra features we should be getting in addition to the normal Plan I listed on the web site.
