I am on one step away from choosing the web hosting services of web2010.
Would you recommend me this service?

A couple of years ago I was a volunteer on my church's web team. My church's site, perimeter.org, is hosted on Web2010. From my experiences, the company appears to be very stable and they use good equipment.

When I had access to the site, the control panel was not the best available and most configuration had to be done through Telnet. However, they have most likely improved the interface by now.

I have been using Web2010 for about 2 and a half years.. they're in the process of a merger right now, so I can't speak for the future, but I have to say I've always gotten excellent support from them when I've needed it. It doesn't have an extensive control panel or anything like Communitech (which I use for one, and only one site) but to be honest I never found myself needing more than they offer..

I have four sites with web2010, the biggest gets around 1.5 million hits a month.. when I've called them with problems, I've gotten a LIVE person in less than 10 minutes every time.. they claim one out of every two accounts is recommend to them from someone else (I think that was the statement on their site) and I have to stand by the recomendations I've given them in the past
