Can anyone recommend any good accounts/tracking software for managing a hosting company?

Standalone? Online (that is, for installation on a server itself)?

Anything is good, but i would prefer a standalone program that's install on a PC rather then server

In that event I would recommend QuickBooks Pro. We moved to the Pro version from the ewgular version, and I personally like the added features. The down side is that you can't do cc processing through the software itself unless you get a merchant account from one of two companies with which it works. For those of us with billing capabilities elsewhere, that isn't terribly bad. It's a little time consuming keeping up with it as you get larger, but well worth it when it's time to pay employees, file IRS forms, export data to tax programs, chart sales, and so on. I think Intuit will send out a fully functional demo, at least of the regular version, so you might want to check out their site if interested.

You might also want to look at Netledger. I like it. I think you can demo it from www.netledger.com.
