A while back, i wrote an online game in PHP. In the file headers i stated it was written by me, and that it cannot be used nor modified without my knowledge and consent. I wrote it for a particular online game. Which was owned 50/50 (although never seemed like it) by me and another guy Nova or Ben as sum of u may know him. He likes to lie and make things up. Neway we went our seperate ways as he really pissed me and the rest of the staff off. (he did nothing in the defvelopment, he just shouted at us tis why we left) So all of us who created it, graphics, code names stories etc left. Now a year on, he has brought back up my code without my consent. With me knowing and telling him he cannot use it, but he kept telling me he's changed it, but i can see it is copied verbatim. But still the game exactly how it was before, and whats worse. He is saying he wrote it, which is really a piss. Neway whenever i tell him nething he doesnt want to here, he comes up with a whole load of BS, crap which is not even relevant (those of you who know him will know what i mean) and yeah just ignores it. Whats worse, he has even had the hide to ask me for sum other code, and for my help. I wonder if he is a skits r sumthn. Neway, what can i look at doing now?
