I like to update some servers (with suexe disable) and would like to know how to do or what option to select when using the update script to prevent rpoblems.

select option 4 for the maximum stuff to be compiled into php without doing it manually

everything is automatic.

esayapache is fully automatic ... doesn't matter which option u select... only gives different option in the initial stages..

thats.. select option enter go........thats all..

u just do /. easyapache..script starts running...then I pick #1 cus it requires least amount of config....Mr. Biggles

just a bit confudes now....
It would be fine if all goes automatic but since i have disable suexe on server i read tha option turn ON suexe and that can give some problems with cgi scripts that does stop to work and i have to change all chmod of a lot of cgi's (as counters, formmail, etc)

What option can i choose to have all automatic but without turn on suexe?

OT : you should ban formmail.pl anyway from your server

I would like to add that if your server decides that doesn't like easyapache or easyapache decides to fail, get ready for the big "party".
