Ah, I never thought I would do this.

When I read these posts from people wanting 20 gigs of bandwidth, 600 megs of space..etc...etc... for less than $6.00 it really makes me want to slap them....

But here I am... :)

I am looking for a host that:

1. Is easy to reach by email and phone support. (Priority)
2. Has a reliable sales and support staff. (Priority)
3. Has a good reputation among the web hosting community. I need a company that is solid. (Priority)

All I need is for you to provide the following:

1. No set up fee.
2. Less than $25.00 a month (billed monthly)
3. Around 5-10 gigs of bandwidth a month.
4. At least 75 megs of storage.
5. Catch all email address. (Priority)
6. Control Panel.
7. Online Stats. (Priority)
8. SSL enabled - We provide our own cert. (Priority)
9. Microsoft SQL *Server 2000* or 7.0. (Priority)
10. SQL disk space 5 - 10 megs.
11. ODBC Data Source Names. (4 or more)

I have been all over and have not been impressed with what I have seen so far by searching google, AV...etc. So I thought you guys may be able to help.

I would love to get this set up this morning (Mon, June 4th 2001)

Thanks - Eric

Aloha
well I have just signed up with a win2k account at www.pwebtech.com

check out there prices

he also is on this forum a lot and seems to care about what is going on
that is a good thing

I have been monitoring a few servers now for a while
bad reports with qwckmon on ecui.com and a few others that I would not go with

the ones that I would go with or look at www.pwebtech (best)
www.datapipe.com (second)
www.hostmysite (third)

Thanks for your reply...

BUT, none qualify or meet my needs.

ALL three have a set up fee.

Wow, it is really hard to believe that no one else has replied.

Are my needs to much for the money or what?
