Has anyone experienced crap support from Bulk Register? I am trying to transfer a domain from this company and the support team over there is run by a bunch of mindless drones.
I found them to be the worst when it comes to company policies and how to handle password resets, account changes and such.
I called support 5 times and they have serious issues with thier staff. I believe they are untrained, unsupervised and seem to have no clue about how to edit or change/respond to open issues.
With 2 faxes gone by they are still requesting more information and I am being told three different things on what to send them. At all costs, avoid this terrible registrar. Good luck if you have them.
