100 Megs Web Hosting, Inc. is currently accepting applications for available remote technical support positions. Several part-time and full-time positions are available, and salary is based upon skills and experience.

This is a remote position, so applicants will be able to work from their home. Everything is handled through our helpdesk system.

Applicants must be willing to work as part of a growing team and interact with other employees in a positive manner.

We will provide many resources and guidance to help you broaden your knowledge; however, applicants should possess the following skills:

- Intermediate to advanced troubleshooting skills
- CPanel experience
- Basic systems administration skills
- Comfortable working with FTP, SSH, DNS, etc.
- Speedy typing skills

The following skills are helpful, but not absolutely required:

- Programming knowledge
- Network administration knowledge
