I know PayPal,but I've heard that the person paying must be registered with PayPal,and they have trouble with out of US customers.
What are some other services like that that are good?

Instabill.com and revecom.com are two that seem pretty good.

I've used ProPay http://www.propay.com for multi-currency payments (before PayPal started to accept non-US payments) and have had no problems receiving my monies. They have an easy and user friendly interface - no setup fees, only a small commission on each transaction.
Also check out c2it.com by Citibank, a relatively new payment service by the well known Citibank.

Instabill.com
IBill.com
Neither of these require you to give them your credit card.
Good luck with your search.

I am located in Canada, and have used both IBill and Instabill in the past. I had no problems receiving monies from other countries (outside of USA and Canada) with either service.
It was all based in US Dollars though.
