Currently I would like to move my "Web Design" site first.

I started using PHPNuke recently and am having trouble with our servers not supporting ImageMagick OR GD2 for image galleries or even user profile uploads. Does this plan include these items
and do you allow Nuked Sites?

Can I pay by PayPal?

Does your servers run in SafeMode() ?
