I'm looking for a merchant account with no setup or monthly fee (like instabill or ccnow) that can process payments in canadian dollars but can't find one. :bawling:

I realize you requested "no setup".....

However, we use Revecom (paysystems.com). We paid 49$ US setup fee, but the payback was well worth it :)

Cheques always arrive ontime, new orders are emailed quickly, and I have called prior to signing up via phone and was impressed by attention to my questions.

They accept Multi Currency (Canadian as well)
