Does anyone know how to copy Cpanel accounts from one server to another?

I'd like to move a few accounts to a bigger/better/faster box but can't really easily recreate all their email settings etc.

Yea i am getting CPanel so i would like to have a idea how to do this as well.. Has any one done this and is it easy to do?

* Email aliases/accounts are in /etc/valiases
* Email filters in /etc/vfilters
* email account password are in $HOME/etc/passwd and $HOME/etc/shadow where $HOME is the home directory of the user
* plan details are in /var/cpanel/users
* mysql databases are in /var/lib/mysql/USER_foo where USER is the username of the user.

So if i setup a new server the same install CPanel and copy those folders every thing would be the same right.
