So much for being anonymous if you announced the server's hostname.

Resellers can not make reseller accounts. There is no such Control panel available so far I guess.

:D

Hey mhale. Could you please tell us:

Where is the company located?
Where is the DC located?
Have you run any traceroutes you could share?
Are you the owner?
What are the actual connections to the 'net?
And I think you forgot to say what the servers are and how many accounts per server?

If we seem overly concerned, it's not meant to offend in any way! It just because claims are a lot easier to produce than results. If you buy a thoroughbred racehorse for $500.00, it's a great deal, unless he turns out to be lame.

You might want to check out the thread someone started "How Do I attract Resellers?"

There is a LOT of information and input from the very people you want to trust you with their business and customers and very livelihood. Quite valuable, I think!

I am interested, if the horse can actually run! ;)

Thanks,

Where is the company located?
- Missouri

Where is the DC located?
- San Francisco

Have you run any traceroutes you could share?
- Give me an IP to traceroute.

Are you the owner?
- Yes I am the owner.

What are the actual connections to the 'net?
- He.net, PAIX blend.

And I think you forgot to say what the servers are and how many accounts per server?
- I did say what the servers were. 2.53GHZ Pentium 4 processors. As far as how many, how ever many will fit only a 120GB hdd without overselling.

Also, I will have a forum up and running soon, but the helpdesk will continue to be the method users should use for support.

Webcat did you copy that from another post? LOL because I saw that on another forum, word for word.

:cartman:
Yes, Dynamix! I have been busted- caught red handed plagerizing myself! Darn!

In my own defense, I am constantly amazed anyone should have to ASK these question! Would you buy a car from "a guy"- don't know where he is, or who he is, or what model it is, but hey- it's a really GOOD car!
