Hi all.

I have finally decided to move my site to a fully managed dedicated server.

Klooki.net have offered me an excellent deal (I think) where they will treat my dedicated server as a virtual account all for $1000 per year.

They have offered me the following for my site and very busy phpBB Forum (50 users online at anyone time all the time):

AMD XP 1900+
512 Ram
60GB HD 7200rpm
300GB Bandwidth - Yipes/Level3/Williams
CPanel

Can anyone please tell me whether the above plan is good value for $1000 per year before I sign-up and whether anyone has had past experiences with klooki.net

Cheers - DAV

Dav,

Didn't you post a question in regards to the same thing a few days ago on this thread : http://www.webhostingtalk.com/showthread.php?threadid=120097

Yeap.

Just trying to get last-minute feedback before I sign-up.

The owner, Robert, contacted me a little later on and informed me that he is a reseller for the company mentioned but that their management has since changed and improvements were made.

It looks a great plan and within my budget so I am seriously considering it.

Any information about klooki.net would be appreciated though.

Cheers - DAV

Okay. There wasn't really a need to have a 2nd identical posting in regards to this. You could just add on to your prior posting and that should do the trick.

In any case, there is no comments available about klooki and for $1000 for the configuration is a steal. You can never get any dedicated server plan for that price anywhere especially with Cpanel installed.

If there are no further comments and if you are willing to try, check with them about signing up for a month based on that $1000/year rate and have the option to terminate if the plan does not live up to your expectation and get your money back for the unused portion of the annual payment.

Incidentally, check out http://www.findsp.com/Hosting/Reviews/ShowReviews.asp?CompanyID=1530&return_url=&

All the best.
