Hello, my name is James, and i'm posting of behalf of our company (I'm the sales manager)
We have just finished our site, so we are know officially open!
What we do:
We have a wide variety of pre-made PHP forms
We custom program forms
We integrate the forms with your site
Pre-made forms
We have plenty of pre-made forms for both personal, and business use! We also have web hosting order forms! Since every form isn't the exact way you like it, we offer free customizing when you purchase. This can include:
Changing field types (drop downs to radio buttons ect..)
Changing the default email address to where the information will be sent
Changing the return domain name
Changing field names (instead of order, you could write "purchase" ect..)
Services
We offer two services- Site integration, and custom programming.
Custom programming- We can create any type of form for you! Ones that connect to a mySQL DB, ones that add numbers... The skies the limit, you tell us what to do, we will do it!
Site integration- Our forms are simply copy-and-paste, but if there is a situation you run into, where the form doesn't look right on your site, or you have a hard time fitting it in, let us know! We can do this very cheaply, and very fast.
Right now, we accept paypal only. Although we are in the process of getting a credit card processor. When you place an order, please specify in the details field what changes you would like to be made. (if any)
Once you press submit, you will receive an order confirmation, with payment details.
