What is the best possible hosting plan I can get for $60 dollars a month? I need CGI, SSI, Perl, must be able to run a UBB or VB, it has to be FAST. We are using tera-byte now and it's too slow.

1 Gb of space, 20 GB of bandwidth unlimited Pop accounts, 12 MYsql databases, 10 Mailing list. for $40.95
If you need less space and more bandwith we can talk the price.
