I'm a little confused here (4webspace.com told me something weird). lol.
My question is, when I back up ALL Files .. does that backup my MySQL Databases? NO right?
NOC (from 4webspace) told me that it doesnt even backup my user files or virtual settings. I thought that when I select Backup All Userfiles/System Files it backsup the virtual settings.. am I wrong?

Dim8, wait till your box barfs. These companies you get your boxes from have no real back plan. We know we asked. Their plan is to send you your files and have you restore a Cobalt. This takes hours! It took us 8 hours one night with 2 people the first time we needed to.
You should try something. Next box you buy, tell them you want the back up to the working box. Try to restore that box on your new server. So many RAQ host don't get tested with this. They assume because they are backing up that they are safe. Cobalt is its own animal. You can not take an image of it and put it on a new box.
Ask 4webspace.com exactly what they will do if your RAQ with 200 sites needs to be restored. Don't let them give you the "we just restore it from back up". Ask them how they do it. I am not bagging the RAQ providers. These guys are great. Most have good service and support. The issue is with Cobalt.
The reason I state this isn't to just bitch and do nothing. We have already started development on our own disaster recover program for RAQs. I only want to point out that you should test the back up and see for yourself before you have to do it live.

Unless you purchase a backup service, its not the providers job to back anything up or restore anything, most raq providers if you need a complete OS restore will charge you 100.00 to restore it just to factory OS condition.

Did I miss something? I didn't know I said it was their responsibilty. I am talking about managed back up. I don't think any provider of RAQ's offers free back up.
