If for some reason the person with the highest bid does not make payment or changes their mind (or what ever) the next highest bidder will win (and so on)
I might be away from a PC for a while on Sunday (depending on the weather) I want to make it clear that the high bid closest to Sunday, March 9, 2003 11:59:59 A.M. WHT time without going past wins. So everyone should be able to tell who won.
If you are the winner I will contact you ASAP so don't worry, and if the winner does not make payment I will contact the next person.
