Hi, I am trying to use a script that requires GD to be installed and PHP enabled to use it.
I am new to this and have been having no luck finding any info on this.

What I need to know is how do I go about installing GD-1.8.4 onto my Plesk box (where to put the file before I unzip it, etc...) and how do I configure PHP to find it.

Along the same lines is Zlib, which GD needs.

I have the latest version of Plesk (1.31 I think) and am using RedHat Linux 7.0
I have telnet access (user and root) to the box.

I just don't want to screw it up too badly. Anyone do this before, or know how to do this?

Hey I had the same problem with freebsd I installed the webalizer package and everything worked fine after that . Maybe there is a webalizer rpm for redhat that will install gd and zlib if not then I don't have to many ideas
