We currently have our main inactive, however we have referral sites only, in the benefit of our resellers. We respect our resellers on the excellant job they have done in referring 2500+ active customers, but we are curious of the importance of having a main site, like yourdomain.com. We do not want to take away any of our resellers profits, as they do the main advertising, and some customers believe they will receive less Tech Support, than from seeing a reseller link. We do all Technical Support and Sales question and concerns ourselves for resellers, yet, some beleive they will not receive the same level of service, yet we receive many complaints, as our main site does not link off to any information for our customers. What is the best way to resolve this issue? We have thought about setting a cookie to remember the referral ID, like Virtualis had, but we want to best serve our resellers, which is why we are searching for the best results.
