We are in an acquisition mode again. We are looking to purchase your hosting business. Preferred hosts would be California, Nevada, or Arizona based and consist primarily of Dedicated and/or Collocated customers. We are looking at customer+server acquisitions, if you have a decent sized datacenter of your own we may considering purchasing your facilities as well. Please note that we are NOT interested in companies whose client base is primarily shared hosting, though we will consider acquiring these customers as well if you have a few.

We pay cash on deals, but expect proper due diligance and accounting as well as access to your finacial statements and customer documentation prior to closing of a sale. We will work through escrow if desired.
