I just got a raq and wanted to know if there are any good sites or books out there that walk you though the
cobalt interface?

Have you read the Cobalt RaQ User Manual? If not, then that's a must read. I believe you can find it on their site somewhere, though I downloaded the RaQ4 User Manual from the RackShack site.
