I just got Flash MX and im making an intro to my website. At the end an oval comes up and it says enter. I was wondering how i actually link it.

You need to make the vector a button symbol. Select the entire oval and press F8 - select button and name it.

Then single click on the oval - now button and go to Actions - or Ctrl + Alt + A = Select basic actions and Get URL I believe.

I forget because I do everything manually for Flash coding, I don't use the basic menu :)

I've noticed that this is somewhat old...I hope I can still help you with this.

You have to convert your oval to a button symbol. Just select the oval and hit F8. Make sure you selected Radio and give it a name.

Now select the oval and open up the actions panel. Make sure you selected the button and not the frame. Now go find the action getURL. Keep in mind you have to type in the path of the file you're trying to link to.
