It's him, but I'm not sure what Ericv8 wants us to do about it as of now. IB chat apparently had a hole and he gained access that way.

He read about the hole off some site, thought he'd piss some people off.
He got so excited he forgot to read about how his IP would be recorded up and down your logs.

Patch the hole, all will be well. This guy isn't the one who discovered the hole, and wouldn't have know how to exploit it if he hadn't read exact instructions somewhere. You really have to blame the idiot who posted those and the files for him to download and use.

Well... as far as what I wanted to do... We felt "targeted" and just want to be left alone..

PS... I couldnt believe when I saw him posting here.. I was researching info on FDCservers.net, and saw this turkey posting, using the same name he hacked me with, asking about IPs he gets as a reseller for FDC. I immediately looked up all of his posts and "recognized" the way he talks...

I gave all the info I had collected on him to FDC and they said they would suspend his account with them and report him to the authorities if they determine it was him... I hope they reached the same conclusion as you did!! No word yet.

The one thing I will say is that if you ever compile a blacklist, you should include his info. Even if he is not a hacker, per se... he has still shown a willingness to attempt to destroy websites for no reason other than for his own warped pleasure.

I dont know if it is "right" to post who this is or his ip info... but if anyone is really interested all they have to do is look up my other post in "Technical & Security Issues" from a couple days ago. In it are screenshots. One will show his IP in my ACP, one will show the same user name as he uses here, saying my board has been hacked by him...

Gotta admit, I feel I learned something here... thanks again, to all who helped :D
