I was wondering what software is used for 3D video..
I don't know the technical term, websites of restate firms have this capability of displaying the houses in 3D, what software(s) do they use?

I know apartments.com is using hot media to show their apartments. Maybe you should contact them.

Most architectual websites use 3D Studio Viz by discreet. You can really use any 3d software to create such effects. If you tell me the exact website I can provide more help.
